I remember being on deployment, and not getting paid for it! It was around 2011, when government shut down. Military is tough on everyone, but he would be wasting a fun exciting life ahead to end it this early. I pray he’s not using this as a joke or a means to get out. Sounds like he just got assigned, nobody is really there staying on the ship in his division. He has no friends, and feels super alone. Just gotta tough it. But after this, he will be coming home soon. With a OTH.
